Thanksgiving: by Hailey

We had a nice, relaxing Thanksgiving this year. We were asked to bring rolls and that's it, so we just got to show up at my grandparents' house and enjoy my grandma's yummy cooking.

We are very traditional when it comes to Thanksgiving food: turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry sauce, green beans, sweet potatoes and rolls. Yum!

Hailey decided to play photographer this year. It was very enjoyable for me to sit and rest and watch her take pictures. She is too funny! Here is our Thanksgiving, captured by 6 year old Hailey:

Smile Grandpa!

Rick and Michael

Grandma Reva

Grandma and Auntie

The whole gang (and yes, whoever was eating pumpkin pie and having a beer: GROSS!!)

Family pic including the little photographer this time

Grandpa

Rick (aka Daddy)

beautiful girl!

the guys: serious boys on the left, goofballs on the right

great grandpa Glen

Next, she started practicing how to take "self portraits" of her and another person. this was a crack up!

Hailey and Aunt Tara (alternate title: too many double chins)

Hailey and Grandma Kathy

Grandpa Glen and Hailey

Our favorite of the day: Hailey and Grandpa and Grandma

Mudpie, looking for Thanksgiving leftovers in the trash. Was there pumpkin pie on this plate? She pounces on anything that's sweet!

Hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving too!!

Love the pics of the family. Especially loved seeing Uncle Glen and Aunt Reva. I saw them in Oct. the day they came to see my Mom. It looks like you had a nice time! ~Lanie
