We saw chicks, piglets, and some very curious goats...
And rather large cows...
We were very good and shared just one corn dog, a corn on the cob and a lemonade. No fried butter, thanks! :)
Connor isn't really eating corn yet, but he liked gnawing on the cob a bit. There wasn't anything at the fair he really could eat, but I brought along plenty of snacks for him. Nick splurged and had a deep fried cheesecake which was honestly very disgusting. :P
We had fun with our friends The Sulzmans, who have a baby boy Riley, who is Connor's best buddy. The boys had fun babbling to each other and looking at all the sights. After seeing all the animals, there wasn't much left to do with such little kiddos. So we had a cold lemonade and left.
Connor was happy the whole time we were at the fair, and promptly fell asleep on the ride home. When we got home, he woke up FULL of energy and crawled around like crazy until dinner. He isn't used to having to sit in a stroller for a few hours! :)
Today is Nick's first day training for his new job!! :)
